INGREDIENTS:
- 2 lbs elk venison, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 lb mild pork sausage links (5-6 links)
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 2 yellow onion, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 (15 oz) can cannellini beans
- 1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes
- 1 (14.5 oz) can chicken broth
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 5 thyme springs
- 2 pay leaves
DIRECTIONS:
This is an easy one. Using a non-stick CanCooker JR or Companion, place all ingredients in CanCooker and place CanCooker onto a burner using medium low heat and heat until steaming. Cook for 30-45 minutes.
Serve with toasted bread!
